Inside-Out Sandwiches

You will need:

  • Cheese slices
  • Lunchmeat
  • Soft breadsticks
  • Toothpicks

Lay a slice of cheese flat on a small plate. Put a slice of lunchmeat on top of the cheese. Put one soft breadstick on the edge of the lunchmeat. Roll it up and secure with a toothpick. Remember to remove the toothpick before you eat the sandwich.

Peanut Butter Balls

You will need:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts*
  • 3/4 cup raisins*
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Mix peanut butter, powdered milk, nuts and raisins in a medium bowl. (Mixture will be stiff.) Chill overnight. Take a tablespoonful of dough and roll it between your hands to make a ball. (It should look a little bit like a meatball.) Then, roll it in the graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!

Delicious Dip

You will need:

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
